Depression - Causing feelings of sadness and/or a loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed, depression is a common and treatable condition. Left untreated, depression can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems, and decrease one’s ability to perform their daily activities.
Anxiety - Excessive fear or worry can affect your life to the extent that it interferes with commitments like school, work and relationships. Mental distress and self-doubt about one's capacity to cope with everyday life do not have to overpower you.
Trauma - Experiencing a deeply distressing or life-threatening event, physical injury or ongoing abuse can lead to extreme anxiety or PTSD, strained relationships, flashbacks, physical symptoms and/or self-esteem issues.
EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapeutic treatment that alleviates the distress associated with traumatic memories.
Gender Dysphoria - Also known as Gender Identity Disorder, Gender Dysphoria is the distress a person experiences as a result of the sex and gender they were assigned at birth.

Domestic Violence - There are many ways domestic violence shows up in a relationship with an intimate partner, including abuse that is physical, sexual, emotional, psychological and/or financial.
